PRODUCT DIRECTIONS

Mix one 13 g sachet with 400–600 mL of cold water. Shake or stir until fully dissolved.

Recommended daily intake: Consume one sachet once or twice daily.

Maximum daily intake: Do not consume more than two sachets (26 g) within 24 hours.

Seriously love this product! As an older woman struggling with bad weight gain, I find that putting a sachet of Create in my water bottle daily cuts my sugar cravings, keeps me hydrated which in turn helps to prevent dry skin. I LOVE the flavors. I LOVE that the sachets are not overly sweet to the point where it hurts my back teeth. These sachets rate a 15/10!
